Description
The view of Seattle, the Space Needle and Puget Sound from the observation deck of the water tower in Volunteer Park. The water tower was built in 1906 and stands 75 feet high. As Volunteer Park is on top of Capitol Hill, the water tower is one of the highest viewpoints in Seattle and provides 360 degree views from the observation deck, which is reached via a 107 step spiral staircase.
